Good Morning Cedar Rapids will celebrate "20 Years In The Fast Lane" on Thursday, December 1, 2011. Join us in celebrating the 20th anniversary of recognizing local businesses success stories and honoring the latest BRAVO award winners.

The lively breakfast event offers plenty of entertainment while acknowledging our key businesses in a variety of industry.
Good Morning Cedar Rapids (GMCR) debuted in 1992 to provide the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce a forum in which to honor small businesses. Since our community's economic well-being rests largely with our small to mid sized businesses, we felt it was essential to publicize their success, bestowing on each recognized business the "Bravo Award." So, the mission of the Good Morning Cedar Rapids event became "to spotlight Linn County's best kept business secrets, small businesses that are unique, home grown, locally owned, with strong history as a Chamber member and an established presence in the community." Since 1992, The Chamber has recognized over 50 local businesses. Each year The Chamber and its volunteers look forward to creating an entertaining event that attracts over 600 members to whom we can deliver the 'small business' good news.
