Leadership for Five Seasons (LFS) is a premier community leadership program that focuses on developing top talent through a formal leadership curriculum. LFS provides participants with community knowledge, connections and inspiration to make a positive impact on the community.

- you must be a dues paying Alumni
- you will be a part of the Advisory Board and must attend bi-monthly meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 4-5 p.m.
- you must attend the retreat
- you must attend the vast majority of program days
- you must attend graduation
