TWG Development, LLC (Commonwealth Apartments)

TWG Development, LLC is a developer of both Affordable (Low Income Housing Tax Credits) and Market Rate multi-family housing. To date, TWG has developed 2,000 units across the mid-west with another 2,000 units under construction and 1,800 more in our pipeline. In Cedar Rapids area, TWG has about 130 units completed with another 200 units that are approved and about to start construction.
