Reiki Level 1: The Art of Self-Healing & Energy Awakening
Step into the world of Reiki, a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice rooted in Japanese tradition. In this Reiki 1 class, you will be introduced to the foundational principles of Reiki and learn how to channel universal life force energy for self-healing and to support others.
Through a blend of hands-on practice, guided meditation, and attunement, you will open your energy pathways and begin to sense subtle energy fields. You'll explore techniques for grounding, clearing, and protecting your own energy, and learn how to offer Reiki to yourself and others in a safe, compassionate way.
This beginner-level training covers:
The history and philosophy of Reiki
Understanding the chakra system and energy body
Reiki hand positions for self-treatment and others
Techniques for grounding and energy protection
Attunement to the Reiki energy (Reiki/Initiation)
Practice sessions to build confidence in giving Reiki
