ImpactCR is partnering with The Restoration Project to offer this exciting professional development opportunity to elevate your impact! Intentional Insights: Becoming a More Connected Leader presented by Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust is a 90-minute lunch and learn designed to foster connection with other leaders and discuss the human skills required for effective leadership in today’s challenging and changing landscape. We will present ideas, frameworks, practical tips, resources and reflection questions you can discuss in our time together and take with you to continue your learning journey and share with others. Addressing the human issues that cause challenges in our life and work is complex. Let’s explore and discover effective ways to navigate together!
