Cedar Rapids Regional Civics Bee

The National Civics Bee®  is a nonpartisan competition that inspires middle school students to engage in civics and contribute to their communities. Hosted in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance invites 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students to showcase their civics knowledge for a chance to earn recognition and cash prizes. Local finalists advance for an opportunity to compete at the state level in Des Moines, culminating in the National Championship in Washington, D.C. Join us for the 1st CR Regional Civics Bee and cheer on your favorite students!
