Is it picky eating, or could it be ARFID?

Join us for a free parent education class designed to help caregivers better understand the difference between typical picky eating and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). We’ll explore what tasting and accepting a new food can realistically look like, signs that may indicate a child needs additional support, and practical, low-pressure tools to help expand the foods they feel comfortable eating.
