Our talent attraction work is focused on bringing new people, energy, and ideas to the Cedar Rapids region. From targeted marketing campaigns to programs that welcome and connect newcomers, these efforts are designed to strengthen our workforce and build long-term community vibrancy.

And, attracting top talent is only half the challenge. Retaining them starts with making people feel connected from day one. Welcoming and connecting professionals properly, by showing off our community assets helps every new hire feel at home, faster.
