At the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance, we know that careers aren’t built alone. They grow through mentors, employers, teachers, coworkers, businesses, and communities that create opportunities and help people succeed. That’s the inspiration behind our IgniteCR “Unlock Appreciation” Door Decorating Competition!

Area interns transformed their workspace “doors” (or cubicles, etc.) into creative tributes honoring the people and places that are helping to shape their professional journey.
